Gmaps pedometer is cool!

Posted on Tuesday 21 February 2006

I used Gmaps pedometer to map out the route I ran this weekend and it’s pretty awesome. I have a Polar watch which tells me the distance and elevation (and they matched up pretty well - the watch said 10.4 miles). But, I like seeing it on the map and especially like the little elevation graph at the bottom. If you haven’t used it yet, check it out.

interesting route.. I also do a run out to the Rose Bowl and back, but starting from South Pasadena (Fairoaks and 110) then running along the Arroyo Seco river trail.

Great widget BTW, totally addictive fun.
