The widget does not work on Snow Leopard. End of story!
So many people have complained about this, but you have offered NO response. What’s the story?

I have the above problems too; the Sudoku widget has no numbers and cannot be played. It just sits there. I have snow leopard on my mac and lion on my macbook and the widget hash`t worked on either for some time. What a shame!

I wonder if anyone can help me. I downloaded and have played Sudoku widget for a good few weeks, and enjoyed it very much. I received a message about an upgrade, which I did do. Unfortunately, since then, the widget will not allow me to insert a number, i.e will not allow me to play! The grid remains blank, whatever I do . I deleted it as per instructions on the site, and have downloaded the newest version many times, but to no avail. What can I do, or what am I doing wrong? Many thanks for your help.

S you’ve provided a download of version 1.0, which I thought might have been a solution. But as soon as it starts, it says “There’s an update available - Click to download” There is no other option. So I click, download 1.5 again, and I’m back to the blank screen.

It’s been three weeks now that I’ve been without my favourite time-filler. Have you at least begun to look at the problem? I would guess Apple have screwed you over the update (several other addons have also been affected, particularly Firefox). Any thoughts? And can I help in any way?

Hello,
I have exactly the same probléme than Lloyd and others since a few weeks. So I bined the game and the preference panel as well, I restarted the Mac and reinstall a new sudoku.
Just the same, even if i don’t choose blank, there is not a number in the grid !
I must say that I didn’t udated my system. It is just the same as it was before the suduko collapsed.

I’ill certainly not restore a previous version of snow leopard just to play sudoku. After to messages posted without proper answer, I’m considering finding another game of sudoku.

I am using Snow Leopard. Everything with your Sudoku has been working fine until last week. When the widget appears there are no numbers in the boxes and my high scores are gone. I’ve tried deleting it without success and then tried to reinstall with the download from your website. No success. Still no numbers. What should I do?

One solution would be to restore Snow Leopard to a pre-update version using Time Machine.
