I'm not sure widgets have enough control over print output to do it nicely, whereas a web page could easily have a style-sheet specifically for outputting to a printer. In the meantime, feel free to print them from the <a href="http://sudoku.briandeboer.com" rel="nofollow">web version</a> or you can screenshot the puzzles in widget form using command-shift-4 and then outlining the widget.
